Nalí offers the unique possibility to become a Trade Customer. Please do take a couple of minutes of your time to register your trade account. Once we receive your registration request, it will be reviewed and your account activated. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is activated.

How to Place an Order

Our website is a full online catalogue as well as a wholesale ordering facility with immediate stock availability. Once your account is activated, you can return to the account page, enter your email address and password and log into the restricted area of our website. There you can see our wholesale prices and place orders online.
Our minimum order is 600 euros (€) for the first order of the season with no minimum for re-orders. If your shop is not VAT recorded, according to Italian law, we must add 22% Italian Vat to your orders.
We work with proforma invoice. When the order is ready for delivery, we will contact you in order to arrange payment and shipping. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card or Paypal. Shipping costs for mainland Europe are 25 euros (€) for orders up to 500 euros (€) and free of charge for those over 500 euro (€). For all other destinations shipping costs will be confirmed at a later stage according to size and dimensions of the order.

Returns

We pay special attention to products quality, but it is possible that defects occur. So, at the time of your order delivery, we ask you to check shipped items. If you find a defective item, please inform us within 14 days of receipt of the order by email to sales@nalishop.it. Please enclose one or more photos of the defected item to the email. We will respond to you as soon as possible with the refusal or acceptance of returns. If accepted, you will receive a credit note. If ordered defective items are still in stock, we are committed to ship them with your next order.
