How to shop

After registering as a customer, just click on the items to view their descriptions, select the desired color and size (if possible) and add to cart. Finally click the " Order" button and follow the steps.
If an item you are interested in is not available online, the more likely it is to have suffered an out of stock. However, products are updated daily therefore there is the possibility of the item returning back in the future. Currently we do not have item reservation service available. However, you can add your favorite products to your Wishlist to buy them later. Please note that by doing this you are not reserving any product but saving it for future reference.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Nalí offers the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Card (VISA, MasterCard) and PayPal. Nalí is a safe website, protecting your personal information based on the encryption of data transmission through a secure HTTP.
All orders are placed in Euro (€), with payment being processed in this currency. Please note that if your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your bank/PayPal and not by Nalí.

Delivery

Home delivery takes 2-5 working days starting from shipping date. Only in case of exceptional events, delivery can take longer. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver the parcel for three consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time, with a contact number. Undelivered parcels will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive an email and can track your parcel on the way. Currently our online store is available all over the world, and shipping costs change for different areas.

In Italy, shipping costs are free of charge for order over 50 euro (€). Moreover, due to different customs policies and import duties, Nalí has no control over possible costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order to the country of destination, not being possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If in doubt you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about the customs duties and their applicability.

Returns and Refunds

You can return one or more products within 14 working days from when you received your order. Enter in your account, fill the online form and print the return receipt. The return shipping will be at your own expense and responsibility, and Nalí will also refund you for the original shipping costs. Your return will be processed within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, Nalishop.it will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.

Before you return

• enter into your Nalishop.it account your details. Select the order and the items you want return and click on proceed with the return.
• print the return receipt from your account and insert it into the package.
• make sure all products are exactly as you received them.

Card Refunds

After our warehouse receives your return item and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as your return has been accepted we will issue the corresponding refund on the Credit/Debit Card you used to place your order. Please consider that processing times may take up to 10 days. Once your refund has been issued, the necessary time for the amount to show on your Card Statement will vary depending on your Card Company’s policies.

PayPal refunds

After our warehouse receives your return item and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. As soon as your return has been accepted we will issue the corresponding refund on your PayPal account. The refunded amount will be visible within 24 hours. The actual reimbursement to the Card associated with your PayPal account depends on the Company that issued the card.

Product Care

Paying some attention to how you take care of your items will prolong their life. The washing instructions on the label provide useful advice and are a good place to start. If you have any questions about things like stubborn stains, delicate fabrics or eco-friendly washing, our customer service team is happy to help.

Jewellery

To clean light marks off a piece of jewellery, wipe off with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with liquids

Bags

From day one, protect your bag and remember to wipe bags to avoid ruining it. To clean dirt off a bag, wipe off with cold, soapy water using a damp cloth. Keep your bag stuffed while you’re not using it to help keep its shape better, and don’t leave it in direct sunlight because that could cause fading.

Scarves

Our scarves, if worn and treated with care, will last for a long time. Check the washing instructions on each garment for specific instructions.

Sunglasses

To take good care of your sunglasses we recommend that you clean them with a soft, dry and lint free cloth and store them in a dust bag or eyewear case when not used to minimize the risk of impact damage.

Hats

To clean light marks, wipe off with a soft cloth.

Belts

Leather is natural material and can be sensitive, so remember to keep blets away from humidity, heat and chemicals. To get rid of light stains, wipe the garment with a slightly damp cloth.
